Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use hewwo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your account and sign-in credentials secure.

Use of hewwo

hewwo is a platform for sharing your social handles and contact info with people you choose. Use it to connect with others, save their cards, and stay in touch.

Do not use hewwo to:

• Break the law. Don't use hewwo for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, or distributing malware.
• Harm or endanger minors. Any content that harms, abuses, or endangers children will result in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities.
• Harass or threaten. No bullying, intimidation, stalking, or targeted harassment of any kind.
• Spread hate. No content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Display explicit or graphic content. No pornography, nudity, gore, or sexually explicit content displayed directly on hewwo.
• Impersonate. Don't pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Disrupt the service. Don't interfere with the platform's operation or degrade the experience for other users.
• Spam. No unsolicited mass friend requests, automated messaging, or promotional abuse.
• Scrape or automate. Don't crawl, scrape, or access the service through automated means without permission.
• Circumvent security. Don't bypass blocks, access controls, rate limits, or any other security measures.
• Any other harmful behavior. Don't do anything that a reasonable person would consider harmful to the platform, its users, or others.

Your content

You own what you create on hewwo. By using the service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate hewwo. This includes the contents of your public card, which is tied to your profile and visible to anyone. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Cards could be viewed by anyone who has the link. Only share links with people you trust.

Our rights

To operate and improve hewwo, we reserve the right to:

• Remove or modify content that violates these terms.
• Reclaim or reassign handles.
• Modify, limit, or discontinue any feature of the service.
• Introduce paid features in the future.
• Take any other action we believe is reasonably necessary to operate, protect, or improve the service.

We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For serious violations, we may act immediately. Otherwise, we'll try to give notice first.

If someone is violating these terms, you can block them in the app and report the behavior to contact@hewwo.me. We take reports seriously and will act on them.

Availability

hewwo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Like any service, issues such as bugs, outages, data loss, and third-party failures may occur. We work to keep things running smoothly and securely, but we can't guarantee the service will always work as expected.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
